Welcome to Treasure Shores! We hope you will enjoy your stay with us and have a wonderful vacation! We are a family oriented property and ask that everyone respect one another in both language and actions. Please read the Rules & Regulations to ensure that everyone staying at Treasure Shores has a safe and harmonious vacation.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
OWNER ACCOUNT FEES MUST BE CURRENT 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO CHECK IN. ROOM KEYS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE IF FEES ARE NOT CURRENT. THE SAME APPLIES FOR RENTALS.
Registered Person: This person is responsible for their children’s and guests’ behavior as well as providing their credit card info one day prior to check-in.
Security & Cleaning Deposit Payment: The registered person occupying the unit is required to call our office with their credit card info one day prior to check-in.
Check-In: Check-In time is 2:00pm-4:00pm. Please visit our main office during check-in hours to obtain your Check-In Packet, Parking Pass, and Unit Keys. If arriving after check-in hours, please call our office and we can discuss after-hours and security deposit arrangements.
Check-Out: Check-Out time is 10:00am. Please refer to the Check-Out Form. To avoid the cleaning charge, be sure everything on the Check-Out Procedure List is fully completed.
Smoking: We are a NON-SMOKING Facility. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, pool area, deck area on in the pool. This includes cigaretts, cigars, vaping, medical marijuana or non medical marijuana.
Smoking is permitted in the grass area away from the fence in the smoking designated area. There is a $250 charge for cleaning, deodorizing, and laundering textiles if the unit has been smoked in and you will be asked to
Occupancy: Limited to 4 persons. Day Vistors-2 persons. Having more than the guest occupancy will disrupt the use of facilities for other guests. You will be charged for extra guests.
Air Conditioning in Unit: AC unit will not freeze if set at 74 or higher. If set lower than 74, the unit will freeze up and leak. Our contracted AC serviceman cannot work on it until it the ac unit is completely thawed and another service call will have to be made. If this occurs on a weekend (Saturday, Sunday), it will be addressed on the next business day.
Pets: There are NO PETS allowed on the property with the exception of properly registered service animals. Proper Certification must be sent to us 14 days prior to Check-In. There are no exceptions. If you fail to provide certification documents for your pet prior to your stay, you will be asked to leave. Guests who have pets on property without proper certification will be charged $250.
Parking: One (1) vehicle per unit. TSBC Parking Pass will be included in your Check-In Package. The TSBC parking pass must be hung from the rearview mirror so it is visibly seen when parking in TSBC designated spaces next to and facing the building to avoid being towed at owner’s expense. Failure to return the TSBC Parking Pass at check-out will result in a $50 fee. Our parking is limited. Extra parking can be found next door at City Park or off-street parking may also be available. No boats, trailers, large vehicles or RVs are to be parked on the condominium property at any time.
Inventory: In your unit, you will find the inventory list. Please check all items carefully and report any missing or damaged items not noted on the inventory list to the front desk on Saturday or when the office opens on Monday morning. Housekeeping checks each unit‘s inventory prior to it being cleaned.
Personal Property: Store any personal property in your assigned unit. Do not hang or leave any items on the balcony, railings, fence, or deck. For Safety and Fire Code purposes, walk ways must remain free and clear of any obstructions.
Keep Gates Closed: Do not prop open or leave any gates open. This is required by our insurance agreement.
Bicycles: Store locked bicycles in grass area or in vehicle, not to be stored in the unit. Skateboards and scooters are not allowed on the property.
Pool, Jacuzzi, and Deck Area: Hours are 8:30am-Dusk. There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
-No food or glass around deck area
-Shower before entering pool or Jacuzzi
-Do not rinse feet in pool or Jacuzzi
-Children under 12yrs of age are NOT ALLOWED in the Jacuzzi. No exceptions.
-Children under 12yrs of age are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times when in or around pool common areas.
-No running or rough play in pool or deck area.
-No floats or large inflatable objects in the pool.
-DO NOT REMOVE ANY pool or deck furniture out to the grass or the beach.
-No rough playing allowed, especially when other guests are enjoying the pool.
-Children wearing diapers are not allowed in the pool. Please use “swimmers”. Parents will be responsible for the charges incurred for clean out and chemicals needed to stabilize and disinfect pool caused by feces.
-Please do not feed any animals (seagulls, ducks, and pigeons) anywhere on property. They make a mess around the pool and deck area and are a health hazard in addition to disrupting guests.

All units are equipped with a safety alarm located on your entrance door in the top corner. If you have small children, we recommend activating the alarm.

*Trolley Information: The trolley goes by every 20-30 minutes and goes from Pass-A-Grille to the south end of Clearwater Beach. Day passes can be purchased on board with exact change only. SECURITY & CLEANING DEPOSIT-Payment is due at check-in. We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover ONLY).

WALKWAYS- Keep walkways free and clear of all personal items. No stowing or parking of beach carts, fishing poles, cookers, bikes, etc.
PARKING-Parking is limited. One (1) vehicle per unit. TSBC provides a parking pass that must be displayed so it is visible when parking on TSBC property as to avoid being towed. There is a $50 charge for failure to return the TSBC Parking Pass at check-out.
PATIO FURNITURE- Do not take any patio furniture out to the grass or the beach. Furniture is to remain on property at all times.
POOL/JACUZZI-Children under 12 years old are NOT ALLOWED in the Jacuzzi. There are no exceptions. Children under 10 years old MUST BE accompanied by an adult when using the pool. Swim diapers must be worn by infants.

If this should happen over a weekend, service will have to be scheduled when the office reopens on Monday morning or you may call Broward Factory Service at 727-442-3400 and leave a message for service early Monday morning.

We hope that our owners and guests will think of Treasure Shores as their home away from home and care for it in the same manner. We ask your help in maintaining your unit in the best possible manner during your stay. If there is something broken or not working, please let us know and we will do our best to take care of it.
The House Committee has established the following Check-Out Procedure. It has become necessary to charge a $100.00 fee for any cleaning that is above and beyond the ordinary cleaning (i.e., pots/pans having to be scrubbed clean by our staff, any dirty dishes left in sink or on counter).
CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:00AM. Saturday is our busiest day and guests are arriving as well as leaving. Housekeeping and Staff need time to prepare units for arriving guests.

Rentals and Sales:
We have seen an increase in rentals this year. We have adjusted our rental rates to comparable properties in our area. Please see the website: www.tsbcresorts.com.
We offer owner specials as a COURTESY to our owners.
Many owners have taken advantage of the special owner rates.
Units can be reserved upon availability no earlier than 7 days in advance of check in date, excluding holiday weeks and during January 15th through April 30th. Units 1, 8, 9, and 18 are not included in Special Rates.
In House Exchanges:
IHEs are available as a courtesy to our owners.
Units are available starting the week after Labor Day through the 14th of December.
To make your reservations, Maintenance Fees must be current and the $25.00 fee must be received prior to the confirmation. The fee to reschedule a confirmed week is an additional $50.00.
In-House Exchanges that are not deed owner occupied, the exchange fee is $50. This means if you exchange your unit week and someone other than the owner (name on deed) occupies the unit, the $50 fee applies. Units are assigned in the same unit you purchased if possible. Units 1-8-9-18 are not included unless you own a week in one of those units but these are not guaranteed due to availability.

Treasure Shores Beach Club Use:
This use of TSBC facilities is available to owners of record, owner must accompany their guest, and this includes relatives and friends. You must contact TSBC prior to your visit to make sure we are able to accommodate you and your guest.
Beach Club is not available on Holidays or Holiday Weeks. Facilities, including BBQ, pool, patio and Jacuzzi area are for the use of owners and guests occupying for their unit week.
Security Surveilance Cameras: Cameras have been installed throughout the property and have assisted us with trespasser issues and Owner/Guest incidents.
Parking: One (1) vehicle per unit. TSBC Parking Pass will be included in your Check-In Packet. The TSBC parking pass must be hung from the rearview mirror so it is visibly seen when parking in TSBC designated spaces next to and facing the building to avoid being towed at owner’s expense. Please note: The office does not have extra parking passes to give out. If you have additional vehicles, extra parking can be found next door at City Metered Park or off-street parking may also be available.
